We work the opposite way. Every illustration is drawn slowly and checked against the real species: anatomy, proportions, posture, texture, the small things that make it true. A sea lion's flippers, a kudu's horns, the way a leopard actually stands.
This isn't about prettier art. Montessori begins with reality — a child meets the real world first. A material that shows the wrong animal quietly teaches the wrong thing.
